Cutters and Markers

Cutters and markers solve the same problem in two different ways. A traybake cutter presses down through the whole bake in one go, dividing a slab of fudge, brownie or tiffin into perfectly even pieces with no measuring and no guesswork. A portion marker scores the surface instead, giving you precise cutting lines to follow with a knife, which suits delicate bakes and cakes you’d rather not press through.

If you bake to sell, either one ends the days of eyeballing portions. Every piece matches, every tray yields the same count, and pricing gets simpler.

All our cutters and markers are stainless steel and made to fit our tin sizes. Baking in a tin we don’t list? We make custom sizes to order: tell us the dimensions and the piece count you want.
